During this visit we:

- Discuss material preferences, styles, and design inspirations
- Answer any questions you may have about the process
There is no obligation and no pressure just an honest conversation about what’s possible for your space.
Once we understand your vision, our in-house design team gets to work. We translate your ideas into a clear, detailed plan that leaves nothing to guesswork.
Your proposal includes:
- Full design concept and layout drawings
- Complete scope of work what's included and excluded
- Material and finish options with samples
- Detailed project timeline with milestones
- Full cost breakdown and flexible payment schedule
- Warranty information and aftercare options
We present the proposal, walk you through every detail, and refine it together until everything is exactly right before we move forward.
Before any work begins, all necessary permits and approvals must be in place. We take full responsibility for this process so you don’t have to deal with any bureaucracy.
We handle:
- Dubai Municipality permit applications
- AGN developer approvals
- Community and HOA approvals where required
- Coordination with utility providers if needed
- Full project scheduling with confirmed start dates
- Pre-construction site preparation planning
Once all approvals are secured, we provide you with a confirmed project schedule so you always know exactly what is happening and when.
With approvals in place and the schedule confirmed, our in-house team begins work. Every member of our team has been carefully selected for their expertise and professionalism.
Our build process includes:
- Full site preparation and protection of surrounding areas
- Confirmation of access routes, working hours, and safety plan
- Delivery and setup of all materials and specialist equipment
- Daily progress monitoring against the project schedule
- Weekly progress updates shared with you
- Strict quality control at every stage of construction
- Clean and tidy worksite maintained throughout

Before we hand over your completed project, we conduct a thorough testing and inspection process to make sure everything meets our quality standards and your expectations.
Our handover process includes:
- Full system testing pool equipment, irrigation, lighting, AC
- Detailed walkthrough of your completed project with our team
- Explanation of all systems, controls, and maintenance requirements
- Handover of all documentation including warranties and specifications
- Introduction to our maintenance and aftercare packages
- Dedicated aftercare contact for any post-completion questions
Your relationship with Aqua Serena doesn’t end at handover. Our in-house maintenance team is always available to keep your outdoor space performing beautifully for years to come.
